For the April 2016 cover, W Magazine cast teenage Hollywood stars dressed in the latest designer duds from Dior, Givenchy, Valentino and Versace. This particular band of starlets, however, is different than the typical glossy supermodel cover.
Kiernan Shipka, Zendaya and Willow Smith are all creating awareness around vital social issues. They’re using their fame and large social media following to take a stand on topics like race, gender fluidity, bullying and feminism.
The message that these “Dream Teens” are individually advocating for is: be yourself.
